Best Healthcare Marketing Agency in India, Checked Not Claimed
No official ranking exists for the best medical marketing agency for doctors in India. So this page hands you the checks instead, and runs every one of them on MedZove first.

The real test
What makes the best medical marketing agency for doctors?
Not size. Three things a doctor can check without trusting anybody: whether every number has a source you can open, whether the client can be named and phoned, and whether the price is published before the sales call.
The line you will hear
What to ask for instead
01
We have 500 plus clients
One client name, and permission to call that doctor directly
02
We cut cost per lead by 40 percent
The dashboard screenshot with the date range left visible, not cropped
03
Award winning healthcare agency
Who gave the award, in which year, and whether entry was paid for
04
We guarantee first page rankings
The guarantee written into the contract, with the refund clause attached
05
We are healthcare specialists
The list of work they turn down. A specialist has one, a generalist does not
06
Custom pricing for your practice
A published price list. Custom usually means the number moves with the buyer
MedZove answers all six on this site rather than on a call. Pricing, the documented client, and the work we refuse.
The honest answer
Can any agency prove it is the best in India?
No. There is no regulator, no register and no audited ranking of healthcare marketing agencies in India. Almost every list you find is published either by an agency that appears on it, or by a directory that charges for placement.
Definition
A healthcare marketing agency in India is a firm that builds and runs the online presence of a medical practice, which in practice means the website, the Google Business Profile, search visibility and paid campaigns. There is no licence to operate one, no governing body and no compulsory standard. The burden of checking sits entirely with the doctor.
Self published
The agency wrote the list
A ranking page that puts its own author at number one is an advertisement with a table in it. Read the methodology, then check who published it.
Paid placement
The directory sold the slot
Many agency directories charge for position or for a badge. That is legal and common. It is simply not evidence of quality.
Unsourced
The number has no screen behind it
A percentage with no dashboard, no date range and no client name behind it cannot be checked by you or by anybody else.
Do it yourself
How do you check an agency in ten minutes?
Five checks, none of which need any marketing knowledge. Every one of them can be done from your phone while the agency is still in the room, and each has a mechanism behind it rather than a rule of thumb.
Check 01
Ask for one screenshot with the dates showing
Google Search Console, Business Profile and Meta all stamp the date range on screen. A screenshot cropped above the dates is the single most common way a good month gets presented as a good year.
Check 02
Search the client's own name on Google
If an agency claims a ranking for a named clinic, you can confirm it in five seconds from your own phone. A claim that fails this check in front of you was never true.
Check 03
Ask who owns the domain and the Google profile
Ownership should sit in the doctor's name from day one. Google's own documentation is clear that only the existing primary owner can transfer a Business Profile, and a new owner must hold the role for seven full days before being promoted, so this is not a detail you can fix in a hurry later.
Check 04
Ask what happens on the day you leave
The answer tells you who is actually holding the assets. If leaving means losing the website, the content or the reviews, you were renting your own practice's identity.
Check 05
Ask for the price before the proposal
An agency that will not put a number in writing before understanding your revenue is pricing the buyer, not the work. This is why every MedZove figure sits on one public page.
Our own scorecard
Where does MedZove pass and where does it fail?
We pass on evidence, pricing and scope. We fail on depth and on size, because one documented client is one, not fifty, and two people are two. Both failures are real and neither is going to be argued away here.
| The check | MedZove | The honest note |
|---|---|---|
| Every number sourced | Pass | Each figure on this site comes off a screen we will show you on a call |
| Named, contactable client | Pass | Dr. Ankit Anand, Jalandhar, with two live sites and written permission |
| Published pricing | Pass | Every package and every rupee on one page, before any call |
| Published refusals | Pass | A whole page of work we turn down, each with the reason attached |
| Depth of track record | Fail | One client with six months of documented data. A larger agency will beat us on this and should say so |
| Team size | Fail | Two people. If your practice needs a twenty person account team, we are the wrong call |
| Hospital and chain experience | None | We do not take that work at all, so we have no experience of it and never will |
| Geographic spread | Partial | Delivery is remote across India, but the documented work is Punjab |
If a comparison page never lists its author's weaknesses, it is not a comparison.
Fit, not flattery
Which agency should a single speciality clinic hire?
It depends on what you are buying. Scale and coverage point one way, evidence and attention point another. Two of the three answers below are not MedZove, and that is deliberate.
Go large
Hire a big agency if
You run several locations, you need pan India campaigns in more than one language, or you want a named account team with cover when someone is on leave. Scale is a real product and we do not sell it.
Go in house
Hire your own person if
You already have steady patient flow, someone in the family can run the day to day, and your main need is content rather than strategy. At that point an agency retainer is often the more expensive answer.
Talk to us
Talk to MedZove if
You are one doctor in one speciality at one location, you want the numbers explained rather than presented, and you would rather read the price on a page than be quoted on a call.
The question nobody answers
What does healthcare marketing cost in India?
Monthly work at MedZove runs from Rs 15,000 to Rs 40,000, plus a one time website build. Ad spend is separate and always paid by the clinic straight to Google or Meta. Every exact figure is published.
Why the number is on a page and not in a proposal
Custom pricing sounds like tailoring and usually is not. When a price is only ever quoted in private, it can move with how wealthy the buyer looks, and there is no way for you to know whether it did. Publishing removes that entirely.
What ad spend never does
It never passes through MedZove. The clinic's own card sits on the Google and Meta account, so you see every rupee spent on the platform's own dashboard rather than on an invoice from us.
The law, not opinion
What can an agency legally promise a doctor in India?
Less than most proposals suggest. Indian medical advertising is governed by real statute, and the liability for a breach sits with the registered practitioner, not with the agency that wrote the copy. That asymmetry is the whole reason to read this section.
| Framework | What it governs | What it rules out |
|---|---|---|
| Code of Medical Ethics Regulations, 2002, Chapter 6 | Soliciting patients, endorsements, boasting of cures | Advertising that solicits patients, or publicising cases and cures |
| Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 | Advertised cure claims for scheduled conditions | Any advertisement suggesting a cure for a condition named in the Schedule |
| Consumer Protection Act, 2019 | Misleading advertisement and endorsement liability | Claims of an outcome the service does not reliably produce |
| BIS IS 19000:2022 | Online consumer reviews | Bought, written or incentivised reviews presented as genuine |
| DPDP Act, 2023 | Personal and health data, and consent | Using patient contact details for marketing without consent |
Worth knowing
The Central Consumer Protection Authority has issued 325 notices and imposed penalties of Rs 1.19 crore for misleading advertising. That figure covers misleading advertising across all sectors, not healthcare alone, and is quoted here only to show the enforcement is real rather than theoretical.

FAQ
What else do doctors ask before hiring an agency?
There is no ranking anybody can point to, because no regulator or independent body publishes one. The useful question is which agency can show you a named client, a dated screenshot and a published price, and that you can answer in an afternoon.
No, and we will not claim it. We have one documented client and two people. What we do have is every number sourced, the client named with permission, and the full price published. Compare that against anybody else on the same three points.
Because they are written by different interested parties. An agency's own list puts that agency first, and a directory's list often reflects who paid for placement. Read the byline before the ranking.
A healthcare only agency should already know which claims are barred by the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and why bought reviews are a legal problem, not just a ranking one. Ask a compliance question in the first call. The answer separates the two faster than any credential.
Our one documented case reached the first page in about three months on a brand new domain, and had six months of compounding data by August 2026. One case is not a pattern, and anybody quoting you a guaranteed timeline is quoting a guess. See the full breakdown
It can promise it, but the promise is worth nothing and it puts the doctor in a difficult position under the Consumer Protection Act, because the practitioner carries the liability for what is advertised in their name. We will not write one into a contract. The rest of our refusals
Search visibility work is remote by nature, so the base city matters far less than the speciality knowledge. What does need local input from you is the Google Business Profile, because the photographs, the timings and the review flow can only come from the clinic itself.
Send every shortlisted agency the same three requests: one named client you may contact, one dated screenshot, and the price in writing. Anybody who cannot answer all three in a day has already answered you.

How do you start with MedZove?
Run the five checks on us before you run them on anybody else. Everything you need is already published, and the parts that are not, we will show you on a call.
