What MedZove Will Not Do
What MedZove Will Not Do
Every agency has a boundary. Most keep it hidden until the contract. Ours is written down here, in plain words, before you ever pay a rupee.
No invented numbers
No bought reviews
Nothing outside scope
In one line
MedZove is a healthcare-only marketing agency that refuses seven common practices: guaranteed patient numbers, bought or incentivised reviews, superlative claims in advertising, before-and-after patient images, outcome testimonials, routing ad spend through us, and any work outside one doctor, one speciality, one location. Each refusal is a compliance or trust decision, not a limitation.
The seven refusals
Why does a marketing agency say no on purpose?
Because in Indian healthcare, the shortcut that wins this month is the same one a regulator, a court or a patient turns against you next year. Here is each line, and the reason behind it.
01
We will not guarantee patient numbers.
No honest marketer can promise how many patients walk in. Anyone who does is either guessing or lying. We report conversations and enquiries, the things we actually influence, and let the numbers speak for themselves.
02
We will not buy or incentivise reviews.
Paid and fake reviews are a live offence under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the BIS IS 19000:2022 standard on online reviews. Steady, real reviews build the map pack. A sudden burst of bought ones puts your clinic at risk.
03
We will not run superlative claims in advertising.
No best, no number one, no top doctor in a Google or Meta ad. Both platforms reject those claims in health categories, and the NMC Code of Ethics treats self-superiority as unethical advertising. On a clinic's own website the practice is common in India, and that call belongs to the doctor who carries the registration.
04
We will not use before-and-after patient images.
Result-suggesting patient photos invite Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and misleading-advertisement trouble, and they need consent most clinics cannot cleanly prove. We tell the treatment story with words and diagrams instead.
05
We will not publish outcome testimonials.
"This doctor cured me" is an endorsement of a medical outcome, and both the CCPA endorsement rules and the DPDP Act 2023 make it fragile. We share process, credentials and documented campaign data, never a patient vouching for a cure.
06
We will not route ad spend through MedZove.
Your ad budget goes straight from your clinic to Google or Meta, on an account in your name. We charge a management fee and never touch the spend. You keep the account, the data and full visibility on every rupee.
07
We will not work outside our scope.
One doctor. One speciality. One location. Nothing larger. That focus is why our research goes deep on your procedures instead of thin across ten kinds of practice. Anything bigger, we say no and mean it.
Read the fine print first
What is not inside the packages?
So there is no surprise on the first invoice, here is what each package deliberately leaves out.
Ad spend
The money paid to Google or Meta is yours to pay, directly. Package fees cover the work, never the media budget.
Paid promotion
SEO and social packages grow reach organically. Any boosted post or paid placement is a separate ads engagement.
Clinic photography
On-site shoots of your reception, team or interiors are not bundled in. We can arrange it, quoted on its own.
Website in the clone package
The AI Clone and social package does not build a website. The one-time website build is a separate line, paid once.
The locked scope
One doctor. One speciality. One location.
Nothing larger. That is the whole boundary, stated as a promise rather than a list of exclusions. It is what lets us research your procedures properly instead of spreading thin.
One doctor
One speciality
One location
FAQ
Fair questions about a list of no's
Because we guarantee the work, not a number no one can control. You get a real website, a working Google profile and campaigns you can read the results of. One documented camp brought 123 conversations and 30 plus walk-ins. See the case study
The NMC Code of Ethics treats self-superiority as unethical advertising, so it is a standing risk in any ad, and Google and Meta reject it in health copy. On your own website it is a judgement call, and a common one in India. We will advise against it and then respect your decision, because you hold the registration.
No. The ad spend goes from your account straight to Google or Meta. We manage the campaign for a fee and never touch the money, so you keep full ownership of the account, the data and the spend record.
No. The clone and social package is monthly and does not build a website. The website is a separate one-time build. Every price sits in the open on the pricing page. See pricing
A boundary you can trust is worth more than a promise you cannot.
If this list sounds like the way you want your practice marketed, the rest is easy. See what it costs, or talk it through.
